Are you looking to enhance your career in the New Year? Do you want to be recognised for doing a great job, working for an organisation certified as a Great Place to work? Our lettings team are responsible for the effective day-to-day management and delivery of lettings across the business. You'll work with internal colleagues and local authorities to ensure a fair allocation of properties, ensuring they are managed in a timely and accurate manner. If you have experience in housing or lettings, it will help you hit the ground running.
You will guide new customers through the lettings process, ensuring information and records are gathered and issued following policy and procedures. You will maintain and manage shortlists for advertised properties under the appropriate local authority and Bromford policies, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Ultimately, your work will help us achieve some important targets, but the most rewarding part of the job is seeing people and families manage their own homes, to build brighter futures and thrive.

1. Experience in a front-line customer-facing role. Experience within housing or lettings will be beneficial to help you hit the ground running but not essential, we are more interested in you being passionate about customer service.
2. Excellent communication with colleagues and customers alike, in an engaging and welcoming way.
3. A positive attitude and a consistent, engaged team player. Proactive and able to prioritise and organise your workload.
4. Supporting our prospective customers through the lettings journey, helping our customers to find the right home so they can thrive.

6. Excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic.
7. Your commitment to our DNA and being a great ambassador for Bromford.
If you have previous experience in roles such as lettings officer, housing income officer, housing officer, lettings negotiator, estate agent or customer service agent this could be the ideal role for you.
