Job Description
Kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting kit of materials for build sequence, warp and weft.
Lay-up material on to mould surface correct orientation and build sequence
Carry out Tool preparation including clean and apply release agent
Cure operations to agreed engineering methods and processes using various plant and process equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens and Vacuum pumps).

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Work to complex engineering drawings and with moulds to produce high precision composite components.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
Previous experience working with composites
Experience of assembling, building, fitting and creating composites parts and products
