Our client care executives serve as the welcoming face of our firm, connecting our clients with our dedicated legal professionals. They play an integral role in ensuring the seamless operations of our firm. Your daily mission will involve managing confidential client information in line with GDPR regulations. You will meticulously input this information into our firm’s client management database. You’ll be responsible for scheduling initial consultations, setting up client files, liaising with clients on their specific needs, and ensuring the delivery of excellent end-to-end customer service. Additionally, you will oversee invoicing and billing processes to ensure timely payments. This unique role offers you the opportunity to gain an understanding of our legal expertise and business operations, whilst also providing valuable feedback to enhance our clients’ overall experience.
At times, you may be required to cover our reception, providing clients with refreshments, and delivering outstanding in-person customer service. You may also be involved in assisting with various administrative tasks and handling post.

You will find yourself juggling phone calls, emails, room bookings, appointment bookings and managing the needs of multiple clients and departments simultaneously, ensuring that no client is ever overlooked or forgotten. Our experienced Operations Manager will provide guidance and support to help you excel in this exhilarating role. Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside a diverse team of paralegals, trainees, solicitors and directors gaining invaluable insights into the legal profession.

A bit about you.
You will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an office-based customer service role, where you have demonstrated your capability to provide outstanding service. You will possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and preferably, you will have experience with a CRM database. A high level of proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential to communicate with our clients confidently and eloquently. You will have at least a GCSE level qualification in English and Math, with a minimum grade of 4/C (or equivalent).
You are someone known for your keen attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and positive and friendly demeanour. Making a positive impact on someone’s day motivates you, and you possess exceptional in-person and telephone customer service skills. Your ability to defuse situations and comfort people through your words is a valuable asset. You will have the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and approachability. You have the ability to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations and have the ability to think on your feet.
