Job Title: Engineering Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering maintenance and project engineering activities at our Leighton Buzzard site.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage all aspects of engineering maintenance, implement new maintenance plans, and develop the maintenance team through training, coaching, and mentoring. As the Engineering Maintenance Manager, you will lead engineering projects on-site and a maintenance team, undertaking the development of maintenance systems, legislative requirements, and value engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working as an engineering manager in a manufacturing environment, leading teams of maintenance engineers.
* Implementing projects and systems, including PPMs and TPM.
* Developing teams of engineers, improving plant performance and OEE.
* Working closely with production teams to ensure continuous process improvement.
* Both preventative and reactive maintenance experience, driving a proactive culture, including management of R & M budget.
* Leading improvement projects, such as stores and parts control, driving a proactive maintenance culture.
Requirements:
* Proven engineering and maintenance experience, running multi-disciplined engineering teams, supported by a certified engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
* The ability to take a hands-on approach, challenging the status quo, and driving performance forward through leadership in action.
* CMMS experience.
* Proven project management experience, undertaking capital and process improvements.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
