HBS UK is a market leader of Clinical Insourcing and Digital Triage solutions for NHS and the private sector, we are looking for an ambitious Head of People to join our business.
We work alongside NHS Trusts to provide cost-effective insourcing solutions through a full range of services. We provide capacity solutions, resourcing, triage services, pathway redesigns, private market opportunities, as well as portfolio management and consultancy services. In addition to this we have developed a market leading health technology, Virtual Lucy.
Virtual Lucy is our expert triage application designed to support patients through their assessment and treatment using a combination of our extensive clinical network and modern technology to ensure that patients get the best out of their journey to recovery. We design streamline patient centric pathways that are evidence-based and effective. The patients journey starts with self-referral via our digital triage expert followed by an online appointment booking with the correct specialist from our extensive network of clinicians.
The Head of People role is a new to the business and will report to the company CEO and sit within the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for our internal HR, Recruitment and on-boarding teams and in overview they will
* drive the strategic leadership and operational management of HBS’s HR activity, ensuring the effective delivery of key people and cultural development activities across the organisation
* lead the resourcing of clinical and head office staff, ensuring we have the required workforce in post and compliant to work
* develop and deliver the agreed People Plan assuring it aligns to and supports the achievement of the HBS strategy
* support the development of HBS as an “amazing place to work” and to represent the organisation proactively
* ensure the effective delivery of all HR day to day requirements operating across all people activities
