The Homesearch Scheme facilitates and manages the common housing register in Monmouthshire for applicants looking for an affordable home to either rent or to buy in Monmouthshire, in partnership with the local authority and four other housing associations.
The Homesearch Team are looking for a Homesearch Officer to join our busy team. Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to efficiently coordinate communications to the team by phone, email and live chat to provide housing advice and assistance to applicants. You will also have the ability to prioritise workloads, assess housing applications, shortlist properties, as well as provide statistical and analytical data on behalf of the partnership.
Base: Hybrid working - Office and Home
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday afternoon, Thursday & Friday)
