Job Title: Systems Improvement Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Systems and Business Improvement Team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement project plans to deliver new ICT system solutions and process enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective change management.
Requirements:
* Possess strong business analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
* Proven project management skills, with experience of leading projects from inception to delivery.
