Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Order Processing:
Handle order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Track and monitor order status, resolving any issues that arise.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries in collaboration with the Sales Representative and the customer service management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Sales Reporting:
Generate and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics.
Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the sales team in preparing for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, and files.
Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Skills/Must have:
Extensive Experience in a sales support role
Extensive Salesforce Experience
Previous Team management/leader position (Preferred)
Data centre Experience (Preferred)
Language - French, German, Dutch, Spanish (Preferred)

£50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience)
