Responsibilities:
* Manage a clinical caseload, delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care.
* Provide physiotherapy services for both inpatients and outpatients, including pre-operative assessments, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
* Offer clinical direction and guidance to other physiotherapy staff within the team.
* Promote a professional and caring environment, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, covering various locations as required.
Requirements:
* Chartered Physiotherapist with significant postgraduate experience in general Physiotherapy, particularly in a specialist area.
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
* Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
* Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools.
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
* Ideal for a physiotherapist who has worked as a band 5 or band 6 in MSK and is looking to work full-time in this area.
