Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and organised Booking Officer to join our Gynaecology and Colposcopy team. Under the guidance of clinical teams, you will play a vital role in coordinating appointments and ensuring timely communication with patients and care providers in alignment with the Trust's access policy. If you are passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in a healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you Main duties of the job Coordinate and manage outpatient appointments using eReferrals (eRS), waitlists, clinic outcomes, and ward referrals for YDH and Community Hospitals. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Gynaecology and Colposcopy departments. Deliver friendly, professional, and effective advice and information to patients, colleagues, and visitors. Liaise with clinical teams and care providers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and adherence to policies.
