Service Innovation - Customer Operations Assistant - 18 Month Contract
Location: Buckinghamshire/4 times in office per month
Our growing client is looking for a Service Innovation Assistant to join their team on a full time 18 month contract basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support across a range of operational activities. You'll help maintain accurate records, support communication with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of services by following established processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, web, and post
• Maintain accurate records in databases and paper files
• Coordinate schedules with assessors and panel members
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Support internal teams with operational and service delivery needs
• Archive documentation in line with retention policies
• Follow compliance standards including data protection and PCI requirements
Skills and Requirements:
• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills
• Solid knowledge of service processes and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Understanding of data protection and compliance best practices
