YOUR IMPACT
The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. CPM has 5 operating pillars:
1. Finance & Planning: Supports the execution of the firm’s strategic objectives through the management of the planning process, firmwide reporting, and analytics.
2. Product Finance: Responsible for the overall governance and proactive management of the firm’s non-compensation expenses.
3. Spend Management: Manages all aspects of the firm's spend with third parties.
4. Operational Risk & Resilience: Drives firmwide Operational Risk programs.
5. CPM Engineering: Provides engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend and support corporate decision making.
We are seeking a full-time vice president or strong associate to manage Communications and User Engagement for the CPM division.
This role will lead global communications, change management communications, and strategic engagement, developing engaging and innovative change management plans.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead CPM firmwide communications and user engagement across all pillars.
* Work alongside business leads, product owners, and CPM leadership to communicate key changes.
* Manage and shape the vendor communications strategy.
* Coordinate logistics and content for internal divisional communications.
* Send regular divisional messaging and manage content on CPM webpages.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
* Strong writer, editor, and proofreader.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Driven self-starter.
* Familiarity with corporate communications vehicles.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience managing large scale change initiatives.
* Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
* Ability to progress on several projects simultaneously.
* Forward thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and issues.
