Requirements
Whatthe role willinvolve:
* Dimensionalinspection of precision CNC machined parts.Working on small batch sizes typically from1040.
* Usingtraditional measuring tools such as verniers calipers micrometersheight and slip gaugesetc.
* Usinga Aberlink CMM machine with a Renishaw probe to inspect themachined parts. This includes setting theCMM to defined datum points running the program and theninterrogating the resultingdata.
* Completionof quality documentation including FAIR s documents and standardISO9001documentation.
* Programmingthe CMM machine full internal and external training and developmentcan beprovided.
Whatwe are looking for in the successfulcandidate:
* Qualityinspection experience within a low volume high precisionmanufacturingenvironment.
* CMMknowledge setting operating and interrogating the resulting data isa musthave.
* Ideallysome CMM programming experience however full training developmentand support will beprovided.

What the role will involve: Dimensional inspection of precision CNCmachined parts. Working on small batch sizes, typically from 10-40.Using traditional measuring tools such as verniers, calipers,micrometers, height and slip gauges etc. Using a Aberlink CMMmachine with a Renishaw probe to inspect the machined parts. Thisincludes setting the CMM to defined datum points, running theprogram and then interrogating the resulting data. Completion ofquality documentation, including FAIR s documents, and standardISO9001 documentation. Programming the CMM machine full internaland external training and development can be provided. What we arelooking for in the successful candidate: Quality inspectionexperience within a low volume, high precision manufacturingenvironment. CMM knowledge - setting, operating and interrogatingthe resulting data is a must have. Ideally some CMM programmingexperience, however full training, development, and support will beprovided.
