Our client, a pioneering company in the tech sector, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and play a key role in their ambitious growth plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a ‘player-manager’—someone who thrives on both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You’ll take ownership of the marketing function while managing and mentoring a small team.
This is a generalist marketing role in which you'll be respsonsible for a wide range of marketing activities. You'll be overseeing all areas of marketing including strategy development, content creation, advertising, social media, market research, email campaigns and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a Marketing Executive
- Managing the overall marketing budget for the business and key clients
- Creating visually engaging content using Adobe Illustrator/Creative Cloud
- Organising and managing marketing events across the UK for key clients
- Overseeing and producing marketing materials for events
- Developing and executing social media strategies and content including ROI
This role would be a great fit for a Marketing Executive ready for their first management role or an experienced Marketing Manager looking to further develop their career in a growing tech company.
You’ll need:
✔ Previous experience in a marketing function (B2B experience preferred)
✔ A marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
✔ Strong attention to detail and a creative flair
✔ Knowledge of Adobe systems (Illustrator/Creative Cloud)
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for attending marketing events/functions
This is an office based role, Monday-Friday. 9-5.30pm.
Some travel to events will be required
