Position overview: The Manager Customer Service will manage the plant customer service team and core responsibilities, in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty and to meet BAP customer service objectives. Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly forecasting for the plant company, carrying out monthly OTIF reporting. Ensuring all stock outside of stockholding agreement is shipped OTIF before end of final agreement period. Supporting sales team by actively monitoring and pursuing payment of overdue customer invoices, including ensuring accuracy of invoice information. Monitoring the satisfaction of the clients and ensuring the distribution of their needs and requirements into other departments of plant as needed. Administrating and updating customers data and productsspecifications in SAP. Ensuring proper (most up to date and accurate) pricing is used in preparation of all invoices. Monitoring and maintaining lowest possible stock levels for all customers and represent the customer voice inside the plant. Managing Customer Service team and organizing the workload of team members and allocation of the work. Coordinating sales between the plants and synchronizing the activities in between plants. Ensuring standardization and efficiency of the customer service processes, in collaboration with the Central Customer Service Manager. Making sure that all customer contracts relevant information, agreements, and agreed-to business rules are known and applied. What are we looking for? University degree in supply chain, planning, business, customer relationship management, logistics or related area. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service. Minimum 2 years experience in leading people. Advanced SAP and advanced Excel knowledge. Ability to manage people with respect and positive approach. Fluent in English.
