Our Account Managers are the ambassadors of the XX brand in our stores, increasing brand awareness and building customer loyalty. You will inspire and empower your team to take accountability for driving your own brand business, showcasing our iconic products to achieve sales targets and maximising sales opportunities.

We’d love to meet you if you have:
* Previous experience in a Sales Consultant / Retail Account Manager role.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with drive and determination to achieve targets.
* A passion for makeup, beauty and making people feel amazing.
* Strong experience in artistry – ideally with a qualification.
* The ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues, leaders, and our retail partners.
* A positive and resilient mindset with a capability to use your initiative.
* A flair for coaching and developing others to grow and flourish.
* Flexibility to work key trading hours; weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
