If you are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities : Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can fully engage in lessons. Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities. Work closely with small groups or individual students who require additional support. Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them develop both academically and socially. Track and report on students' progress, sharing feedback with teachers and parents. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students. Requirements : A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN. Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach. Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with students with SEN, is desirable but not essential. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
