Competent to provide technical expertise in support of plant operations and services and services Your Day to Day: To carry out designated work packages within standards of safety, cost, quality, delivery and people Investigate and prepare technical reports with conclusions and recommendations as appropriate, including internal and external reporting. As appropriate, provide an input to the development of relevant equipment and technology Ensure all relevant safety rules and procedures are applied by all staff Demonstrates involvement and improvements in safety and plant operations/services Complies with legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role Ability to take command of a situation and act decisively, even whilst under pressure What you need to be successful in this role: Engineer or Science Degree or equivalent relevant experience. At least five years' experience of Plant Manager/Engineering or Supervisory roles (having been a Duly Authorised Person).
