Managing Director at Cleevely Electric Vehicles
The successful candidate will:
1. Have good communication skills, enjoy being busy, and be confident discussing repair requirements with customers.
2. Be self-motivated, disciplined, and have good time-keeping skills.
3. Have an interest in electric vehicles and the motor trade, and want to learn more about it; ideally have some previous experience in the industry.
4. Hold a UK driving licence.
5. Thrive working as part of a motivated and ambitious team.
6. Have a good phone manner and good interpersonal skills.
Daily duties include:
1. Discuss tasks with technicians and add details to job cards.
2. Order parts from suppliers.
3. Prepare job cards and update them during the day.
4. Edit technician’s inspections and send them to customers.
5. Arrange appointments via phone or email and raise appointment in the system.
6. Update customers on job progress.
7. Take payments and explain invoices clearly to customers.
8. Communicate with the team and maintain high standards.
9. Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
