Job Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
3. Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner via phone and email
4. Allocating cash when it comes back into the business
5. Reviewing credit limits
6. Updating customer records
7. Produce a monthly report of all debt to be chased
8. Handling customer queries
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must:
9. Ideally have worked within a credit function previously but strong outbound customer service experience will also be considered
10. Have excellent communication skills
11. Be able to multi-task
12. Be able to work as part of a small team
13. Be able to work with a high volume of data
