Love Popcorn is a leading producer of gourmet and traditional popcorn, specializing in both branded and own-label products. We pride ourselves on making high-quality snacks accessible to everyone. With new product lines and growing capacity, we’re now looking to take our sales efforts to the next level by bringing in a dynamic Business Development & Social Media Executive.
The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team to grow sales and take ownership of new business leads. You’ll be responsible for expanding our client base across wholesalers, retailers, and other potential customers. In addition to driving business development, you will also manage small aspects of our social media channels to help raise brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities in wholesale, retail, and own-label manufacturing
2. Build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries
3. Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into sales
4. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
5. Manage parts of our social media presence, contributing to content creation and engagement
6. Report on sales activity and performance, helping to shape future sales strategies
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in food and beverage or FMCG
2. Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and follow up on leads
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Some experience or interest in managing social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
6. Valid UK driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
