ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative HR Systems and MI Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This pivotal role focuses on HR Systems, Data Stewardship, and Reporting and Analytics, enabling the delivery of high-quality HR services and data-driven insights for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, troubleshoot, and enhance HR systems to ensure efficiency and functionality.
* Partner with IT and HR teams to implement system updates and process improvements.
* Provide expert support for software and hardware upgrades, ensuring adherence to change management protocols.
* Analyze and resolve escalated incidents, managing major service outages.
* Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with system vendors for error resolution and system enhancements.
* Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain the accuracy of HR system data.
* Support user training and communicate system changes effectively.
What You’ll Deliver:
* Enhance and maintain HRIS systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Execute change requests and manage mass data uploads with precision.
* Provide reporting and analytics to aid compliance and strategic planning.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience across core HR functions, with expertise in HR process design and transaction management.
* In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors and its modules.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
