Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service:
1. Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is provided at all times.
2. Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate.
3. Support the Compliance & Risk Team with the completion of client due diligence, conflict checking and the Anti Money Laundering processes.
4. Create new files and maintain and update existing files.
5. Deal with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange courier services as necessary.
6. Work effectively on the system to log and record documents.
7. Undertake all file closing procedures including the processing of archiving and retrieval.
8. Complete searches at the request of senior management.
9. Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks.
10. Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system.
Group Specific Tasks:
1. Depending on which group you are working in, there will be some additional tasks specific to that group which may include:
2. Producing document packs to be used by the groups.
3. Producing court bundles.
4. Keeping client specific records updated where necessary.
5. Preparing files for costs assessments.
6. Undertaking basic Land Registry searches.
7. Checking Companies House for company registration numbers, addresses, director details etc.
8. Updating the group intranet pages.
Person Specification
1. A minimum of 6 months administration experience.
2. GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification).
3. Solid customer service experience and good work ethic.
