Job Description:
We are a dynamic B2B training company dedicated to providing exceptional training courses to a diverse range of clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Part-Time Salesperson to join our small, close-knit team. This role is ideal for individuals who seek flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telesales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads, to promote our training services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Arrange and attend in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their training needs and present our services.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.
Provide feedback from clients to improve our training offerings and customer service.
Manage and update client information in the company's CRM system.
Embrace a "team-first" attitude by assisting with various tasks as needed, including general office administration, preparation of the training room, and other duties that contribute to the smooth running of the company.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a willingness to take on varied tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, client needs, and diverse role responsibilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
A valid driver's license and willingness to attend client meetings offsite.
An understanding of the training and development industry is a plus.
