Role Overview: As a Patient Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and supporting patients throughout their journey with us. This role involves: Booking Surgeries: Coordinating with patients and clinical teams to schedule surgeries efficiently and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place. Handling Payments: Managing payment processes, including discussing options with patients, processing transactions, and ensuring timely payments. Providing Patient Support: Acting as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through each step of their journey, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. This will involve Communicate with patients to confirm and schedule surgery dates. Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules and resources. Process payments via various methods (bank transfer, online links, or card). Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience. Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments. Support team members in delivering excellent patient care. Ensuring all other standards are met Reporting key information Focusing on the achievement of key commercial targets including response times, optimum responses including Q&A, specific conversion rates through the process, alerting marketing and management to material developments and changes The role is full time 7 days a week coverage 2 shifts - 8AM to 4PM and 2PM to 10PM Weekends on Rota 40 hours per week Location: Warrington
