About the Role:
Teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 & KS4)
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge students
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure academic success
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being
Contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader life of the school
The Requirements:
Highly qualified in Mathematics or a related subject
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to child welfare
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A passion for teaching and a commitment to raising standards of achievement
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the school community
