Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who:
1. Has 8+ years PQE.
2. Can run a complex, high-value caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters.
3. Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads.
4. Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable).
5. Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture.
6. Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services.
Salary & Benefits
1. Up to £85,000 for Partners.
2. Flexible working – required in the office just one day per week (Wednesday).
3. Part-time options available (three or four days per week).
4. Fast-track to leadership – progression to Team Leader or Management.
