As a secretary/administrator you will join a team who are focused on delivering impeccable customer service to our staff and patients. This is an exciting new role at the practice working alongside our medical staff providing admin and secretarial support across a broad range of performance areas. Main duties of the job We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to work within our administrative team. The role will include typing e-Referrals, scanning and importing of hospital letters, following up patient hospital appointments where necessary, preparing insurance reports and liaising with the clinicians and insurance companies and solicitors, assist with recalls system for chronic diseases.
