This is the largest business transformation programme at Allianz, it's purpose to harmonize, simplify and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees and, ultimately, customers. About The Role As a Local Business Owner – Digital Trading, you'll be working as part of the Digital Trading team to deliver a range of assets, services and solutions that will enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. Working as part of an Agile Project team setup, you'll play a key leadership role in Digital Trading delivery, directly supporting the Business Owner on the wider business delivery of the end to end solution. You will act as a Transformation ambassador across Allianz Commercial, working to support global and local initiatives. Key responsibilities Play a leading role in shaping the Digital Trading Transformation strategy for Allianz Commercial in the UK. Engaging with key business stakeholder groups to ensure current and future requirements are accurate, exhaustive, clearly documented and align to the wider Commercial strategy. Assuming a leadership role in the Digital Trading team domain, providing guidance to the Subject Matter Experts and contributing to team leadership and planning activities. Using knowledge of end to end business processes to bring our Transformation ambitions to life. Discussing, debating and documenting business requirements and overseeing the transition into build and test phases. Leading on allocated buckets of work, working closely with other delivery domains (Claims, Ops, Underwriting, Data etc) to ensure requirements are delivered within short sprints. Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the existing asset landscape and BAU change pipeline to understand any impact on Transformation work and to inform the Business Owner accordingly Developing an engagement plan to ensure key stakeholders on relevant topics are kept regularly informed on progress and aligning with Business Owner requirements Using knowledge and expertise to highlight risks, issues and barriers with the Business Owner Working with partner OEs on each topic to ensure global first approach and bring back learning into the UK programme Adopting agile methodology to ensure deliverables are met Supporting design and discovery and/or visioning workshops and supporting the Business Owner with cross-OE senior stakeholders, representing the UK view to ensure local requirements are met. Contributing to the development of asset-level business cases to support new initiatives and manage the overall Digital Trading CBA. About You You'll have a comprehensive understanding of the UK Commercial insurance market, having gained your expertise from working within a brokerage or insurer You'll have experience of managing the implementation of change based initiatives, covering all stages of the product lifecycle from design to rollout. You'll have worked to agile principles or as part of an agile project, and used work management solutions (Atlassian JIRA). You'll be efficient and results-oriented, with a positive and pragmatic attitude You'll have exemplary stakeholder management skills, with ability to build a strong network across the UK Commercial community and a desire to collaborate and knowledge share across the local OE and the wider Allianz Group.
