Duties
1. PPMs & Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
2. Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
3. Organising and escorting subcontractors
4. Mechanical PPMs - AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, Expansion Vessels, Pressurisation Units
5. Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
6. producing RAMS
7. Assisting the Authorised person with shutdowns
8. Training to become on-site authorised person
Requirements
9. City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering
10. 17th/18th Edition
11. Career driven and motivated
12. Client facing
