As a Labourer at Octavius Regional Civil Engineering, you'll be part of a boots-on-the-ground team delivering critical infrastructure projects across highways frameworks. You'll carry out your work safely and to a high standard, supporting teams in the field while representing the values that drive everything we do.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
* Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment safely across sites.
* Operate tools and machinery, ensuring all equipment is used correctly and safely.
* Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates.
* Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow operatives to meet project goals.
* Keep accurate records of your work and raise any issues to your manager.
* Ensure all work meets our quality and compliance standards.
* Look for ways to continuously improve your skills and support project success.
* Empty the bins across site

* Experience working on construction sites
* A strong awareness of site safety
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Additional tickets like PTS, Highways Passport, IPAF, or Slinger/Signaller (desirable but not essential)
