Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am 6pm.
An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our fish and meat sales team in Waltham Cross.
The Sales and Customer Service Executive is an integral role within our sales team, managing our first level customer service response/queries and supporting the sales team in the support and growth of the business.
We work with exacting and demanding Chefs & Restaurants, who expect a consistently high level of product, service and commitment every day. Therefore, you will need to be experienced in fish and seafood products, able to advise Customers on the correct product for them, providing the customer with solutions for their menus.
Accountabilities:
* Managing customer queries, shorts and substitutes.
* Calling customers to discuss menus, new products and to sell specials & short date items etc.
* Placing orders, dealing with operations team and resolving issues.
* Creating & compiling sales reports to highlight down traders, lost revenue etc.
* Investigating credit claims and allocation of credits for both meat and fish products.
* Assisting in producing & despatching samples for customers.
Youmustbe able to demonstrate the following skills and experience, to be successful in your application:
* Fresh Fish & Seafood knowledge/experience (essential).
* Excellent communication skills & customer focused.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Good Excel, Outlook and ERP system experience
* Ability to understand and interpret data.
