Job Description : Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion, including: Drafting legal documents (contracts, transfers, mortgages) Conducting legal searches and title investigations Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties Managing exchange of contracts and completion arrangements Dealing with post-completion matters (e.g., Land Registry applications) Provide excellent client service and maintain strong communication throughout the transaction. Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the department. Candidate Profile: 1 year of experience as a Conveyancer or Legal Assistant in a residential conveyancing department. Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
