Customer Service Advisor | Temporary Role | Immediate Start
I am working with a client who is seeking a candidate who is immediately available to join them as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Leeds.
About the Role
* Handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
* Schedule appointments to meet Service Level Agreements.
* Communicate with residents via phone and email.
* Schedule operatives and subcontractors, manage complex repairs, and ensure customer confidence.
About You:
o Background in Social Housing and Repair & Maintenance.
o Experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or complex work.
o Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
o Basic building maintenance knowledge.
o Ability to prioritise and manage works-in-progress.
o Excellent written English, computer, and project management skills.
o Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
