Role Overview Duties and Responsibilities Your day-to-day tasks as an IT Support Technician will include: Providing IT technical support for our Crewe and Winsford sites and our remote workers, driving license essential. Maintaining internal IT in conjunction with other IT engineers, including desktops and peripherals, servers, network, firewalls, internet connections and communication channels such as voice and email. Setting up IT access and resources for new starters. Providing technical support to clients via ticketing system, email, etc. and escalating technical issues to senior members of the team when necessary. Monitoring system performance and ensuring that it is running efficiently. Assisting with the management of backups and disaster recovery systems.
