About the role:
To assist in the provision of efficient and effective administrative support to operational and support teams within the Integrated Transport Unit. This will involved a range of administrative tasks.

• Pleasant, professional and empathetic manner when dealing with colleagues and members of the public.
• Good administrative and numeracy skills and competent to use Office IT packages.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to your work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

What you will do:
• Maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems
• Liaise with other organisations including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.
• Assist in the delivery of good customer service to the general public through email and telephone.
• Assist the team in achieving shared goals.
