Following their continued growth, they are looking to expand the front end of the business by investing in further client development resources. Our client is currently seeking an ambitious Digital Account Director with a proven client management track record demonstrating revenue growth and customer retention within a senior client director role. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the profitability and growth of key client accounts by building great relationships and identifying new opportunities within them. Consulting on and facilitating digital marketing strategies and plans that strive to meet and exceed client objectives. Understanding, gathering and documenting project requirements Write proposals, pitch and tender documents Professional presentations to senior board level stakeholders Creating and managing digital projects from brief to delivery Reporting on the performance of websites and digital marketing technologies, using this insight to provide recommendations and improvements. Work in a collaborative team towards achieving successful pitches The successful candidate will have spent at least the last 2 years consistently expanding enterprise-level key accounts for a digital agency, have an admirable track record of revenue growth coupled with a thorough understanding of digital marketing.
