Location: Remote working with occasional visits to our offices
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. However, we will are happy to agree a 4 to 5 day a week pattern.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for communications, public affairs, marketing, and research that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
• Develop and execute public affairs strategies to influence public policy and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Oversee the group’s research programme, ensuring the development and execution of high-quality research projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Manage and mentor a team of communications, public affairs, marketing, and research professionals.

Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, public affairs, marketing, and research roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies in these areas.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
