Data Manager:
As a Data Manager, you will be over seeing the various data across the school. The sucsessful candidate will be well organised, efficient and able to stay calm and controlled under pressure. This role can quite demanding and challenging, so being able to adapat to an ever changing environment is essential.

Roles & responsibilties of a School Data Manager include:
1. Having strong understanding and knowledge of SIMS - you will be responsible for the development and management of this software, as well as giving training for all other administritive staff.
2. Identifying and implementing ways that SIMS can be used more effecitively to help the schools performance.
3. Develop and manage schools assessment data, target data, KS3 assessment tools, timetable and class data.
4. Keeping up to date with GDPR requirements.
5. Monitor and report schools performance using accurate and relevant data.
6. Collaborating with staff to help develop efficient ways to monitor, track and help with behaviour, lessons and attendance.
7. Ensuring routines and procedures are clearly set out to support Exams Officer.
8. Collaborating with SLT to work on timetables and curriulums.
You as the candidate :
9. literate on softwares such as Word, Excel.
10. Analytical, numeracy and literacy skills and an understanding of technical language and instructions.
11. Excellent communicator.
12. Great track record of being organised and keeping accurate records.
13. Knowledge of SIMS
14. Flexible, well organised, adaptable.
15. Previous experience of working within a school is desirable.
16. Previous experience of working with data is necessary.
17. Show a willingness to undertake job related training.
Job Details:
Hours: 08:00 - 4:00pm.
Part time and full times roles avaliable. Hours can also be flexible if required.
Start date: Tuesday 4th September 2024
Closing date: Friday 28th June 2024.
