We’re hiring for a Bank Support Worker in Chipping Norton

Being a bank support worker you’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could choose to work for a day here and there, during term times or holidays, evenings or weekends only.
We support a number of people living in their own homes in the Chipping Norton area. Working in our friendly teams you’ll be supported in your role from day one, and we provide full induction and training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!
The support we provide is centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs, which could include developing daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication to accessing the local community for socialising and hobbies.
This position has a “genuine occupational requirement” covered under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore only applicants from females can be considered.

Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.68 p/h)
