Supply Chain Executive | Non-Alcoholic Beverage Startup | London
The Client:
Harmonic is excited to be working with a very exciting non-alcoholic beverage startup looking for a Supply Chain Executive.
This is a unique business that has gone through a rapid growth period after only being founded in 2020. The products have extra benefits to them including anti-inflammatory and relaxation properties. Not only does the company have an ecommerce channel to buy its products – they are also stocked in major retailers such as Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s.

The Role:
The is a hands-on role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a high-performance team and work with the wider supply chain and operations function. This Supply Chain Executive should be highly organised, have a willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude.
The Duties:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders taking ownership of SLA tracking and reporting.
• Successfully work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Engage in continuous process improvement efforts helping to streamline operations by automating processes, improving forecasting and helping to build a supply chain fit to scale.
• Plan and manage logistics before and after production including transportation, delivery and warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels of finished goods and materials ensuring that the inventory stock management system is kept up to date.
• Support the S&OP process by contributing to demand forecasting, supply planning and production scheduling.
What our client would like to see (Essential Experience):
• 1+ years in an operations role.
• Experience with 3PL/ Logistics / Supply Chain
• Fast Growth startup experience.
• Export/import experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
What our client would like to see (Non-Essential Experience):
• Specific beverage experience.
• Food & Beverage product experience.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: London (Hybrid)
