Our client is one of Northern Ireland's largest and most respected feed companies, recognised for its technical expertise, exceptional product quality, and continued growth within the animal feed sector. Based in Belfast, they are seeking to appoint a Customer Services Advisor (Temporary) to support their thriving Customer Services Team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, the successful candidate will be an essential link between customers and internal departments, ensuring the highest standard of service and communication throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately receive, process, and acknowledge customer orders
2. Validate all order details upon placement and ensure completeness
3. Input and manage orders using internal systems, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments
4. Promptly process amendments to orders and relay updates internally
5. Liaise daily with the Logistics, Production Planning, and Sales Teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels-both internally and externally
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Navision is highly desirable
3. Knowledge or experience within the animal feed or agri-food industry would be a distinct advantage
4. High attention to detail and ability to manage pressure and deadlines
5. A proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement
