Our client specialises in installation and maintenance of security equipment and work nationally with their clients, they now, due to growth require another scheduler to join their team. The role will require booking planned works several weeks/2 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the scheduler is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation. This role is office based on a full-time basis.
* Customer order logging onto CRM
* Handle customer queries/requests
* Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
* Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s
* Check engineer reports and process on to customers
* Raise invoices after engineer site visits
* Excellent customer service skills
* Build relationships with clients and engineers
Previous experience in scheduling is essential...
