We are seeking an experienced Intune & Endpoint Engineer to join an international MSP on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. You will work alongside IT teams to ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and optimised for performance while providing troubleshooting support and maintaining technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager across Windows 11, Android, iOS, and Apple devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint security, compliance, and application deployment.
Assist in implementing and enforcing Conditional Access policies and compliance policies.
Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
Work with Microsoft 365 security tools to help maintain a secure endpoint environment.
Provide incident management and technical support for endpoint-related issues.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Experience:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11, Android, iOS, and Apple devices.
Good understanding of Conditional Access, compliance policies, and identity security.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
Familiarity with MDM solutions for managing multiple device platforms.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (desirable).
