The Geography Department is crucial to the school’s long-term success and we are looking to appoint a Head of Department to improve the department. The ideal candidate will be an innovative teacher with a proven track record of success in teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and 4 and the potential to teach at Key Stage 5. You must be able to provide evidence of successful teaching strategies and excellent organisational skills.
Candidates interested in the Head of Department position should also possess proficiency in data analysis and a readiness to take responsibility for the Geography curriculum, its assessment and be keen to enhance teaching and learning practices.
