We are seeking an experienced Events & Partnerships Marketing Manager with a SaaS background. In this role, you will drive multi-channel events and networking opportunities to engage new audiences and enhance our client's brand. You will play a pivotal role in business and brand growth by managing marketing partnerships, events, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities: Identify, grow, and manage a multi-channel events program, including trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and more. Ensure high-quality networking and revenue opportunities. Develop comprehensive marketing plans for events aligned with regional and brand strategies, covering promotional campaigns, email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising initiatives. Work closely with the Partnerships Team to maximize marketing opportunities, enhance mutual growth, and create a collaborative network to boost brand awareness and thought leadership. Assist in designing, creating, and publishing marketing collateral and campaigns. Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers relevant to our industry. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling event collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets. Implement feedback mechanisms, surveys, and satisfaction metrics to improve event experiences and meet customer expectations. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimize future event strategies and campaigns. Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving attendance for events. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally proficient in Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platform, and analytics tools. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. What We Offer: Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote.
