This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic business development professional to join our team on a permanent basis.
You will provide business development leadership to support our ambitious plans, working collaboratively with teams across the association. This will include preparing and writing tender responses and business proposals to develop new sources of income.
You will support the delivery of our annual business plan and explore opportunities for further partnership development.
This role is a great development opportunity for an experienced candidate from a business development background in the not-for-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and write successful tender responses and business proposals.
* Develop business plans and strategies to drive growth and expansion.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and build strategic partnerships.
* Build capacity and capability across different teams to bring insight to business development processes.
* Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
What We Offer
* Salary: £40,277 - £57,730 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
