Job Title: Head of UK Marketing
Location: Hybrid - Stafford Office and up to 2 days working remotely
Working hours: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday
Reports to: UK Managing Director
Salary: £75,000+

Role Overview:
As the undisputed champions of Cashback, we're on a mission to get the whole of the UK on board and we need a marketing head to lead the charge. As our Head of UK Marketing, you'll have the power to turn TopCashback into a household name, elevating our brand, expanding our reach, and engaging new and existing members in ways we've never done before. The ideal candidate will combine brand marketing expertise with performance marketing skills, ensuring the right balance of longer-term brand equity growth and short-term user acquisition. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and top-tier partners, you'll deliver bold, data-driven marketing that turns heads, sparks action, and supercharges our mission to get the whole UK on board!
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee the execution of a robust brand marketing strategy to fulfil business objectives.
* Implement a new brand-build marketing strategy that will deliver increased positive brand perception and awareness.
* Balancing short-term performance marketing with long-term brand-building efforts, ensuring a disciplined and measured approach to growth across multiple channels including digital performance marketing, TV, social media, CRM, PR, SEO and offline advertising.
* Develop measurement frameworks to track the impact of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
* Ensure data-driven decision-making, using insights to optimise marketing strategies and effectively communicate ROI to stakeholders.
* Lead and inspire the UK marketing divisions (acquisition, engagement & retention, brand, SEO & PR), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals while maintaining a highly motivated and collaborative culture.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders (Brand, Design and User Experience, Propositions and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user journeys.
* Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers while ensuring that TopCashback retains the ultimate knowledge and expertise in-house.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role within a consumer-focused business managing multiple team-members, overseeing campaigns with multi-million pound budgets and driving revenue growth or membership/customer base growth.
* Demonstrable expertise in brand marketing and the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand equity growth.
* A proven data-driven approach with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimise marketing performance.
* Experience of creating and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns, including TV, digital, CRM and social media within a multi-million pound budget.
* A collaborative leadership style that fosters a positive, high-performing team culture.
* Ability to influence and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
