Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Manage own clinical caseload and proactively support the Service Person (SP) through their clinical pathway in accordance to best practice, current legislation, and Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) policy. Participate in clinical supervision provided by clinical lead and engage in Performance Appraisal Development Review (PADR). Provide clinical advice and training on the clinical value of Occupational Health (OH) to other members of the multidisciplinary team, and external agencies / organisations as requested. Provide specialist, person-centred care which considers safety, privacy and dignity using advanced clinical knowledge.
