As the Mobile Team Leader at ISS, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional building maintenance services to our clients, helping us achieve our goal of being the world’s leading service organisation.
Job Description
In this position, you’ll lead a technical services team dedicated to providing a reliable, high-quality maintenance experience across multiple sites, ensuring that all operations align with our client’s needs and company standards.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily maintenance activities, guiding and supporting team members, and ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards.
This will involve hands-on leadership tasks such as hiring, training, and conducting appraisals, as well as planning, assigning, and managing workflow.
You’ll also act as a key point of escalation, addressing any challenges or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organization
* Review and evaluate performance and ensure quality standards are being met
* Take corrective action to resolve problems
* Understand the Owner’s building operations rules for the building(s) under care and as provided by the Account Manager
* Work with Facility Manager to ensure efficient utilization of staff
* Make Task assignments as needed for Work Tickets and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders for the O&M Team
* Solve problems within procedural limitations
* Ensure staff complete PM’s and work orders as scheduled each month
* Ensure the Operations & Maintenance Documents (Documents Library) of Drawings, O&M manuals, Site Operators Manual, etc. are up to date and neatly stored and easily and readily retrievable
* Review, edit and maintain SOPS/MOPS/EOPS as appropriate for site operations
* Within the space provided, maintain effective storage and inventory of spare parts, tools, and service equipment in a neat and orderly manner
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Practitioner experience of Technical Services in a building services environment - preferably in integrated facilities management within Financial Services, Manufacturing and Industry or healthcare
* Vocational Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (In this section we include country specific qualifications)
* In-country Chartered/Registered/Licensed Engineer. (In this section we include country specific licenses)
* Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
* Experience with subcontractor and vendor contract management
* Experience with managing key performance indicators as provided by Facility Manager
* Experience with capacity planning and reporting
* Able to use hand tools, test equipment, and knowledge of maintenance shop practices with previous experience at the Journeyman level (Electrical and Mechanical Equipment systems)
* Must be able to use personal computers, MS Office (Word and Excel)
